Q: Why can’t I send two baskets to two different addresses when ordering online?
A: At the moment, when ordering online, you must enter each gift recipient as a separate order. In other words, for multiple orders, you must go through the checkout process for each order separately.
To offer an easier alternative, we have made a downloadable Multiple Order Form available. Simply fill it out, and then fax or email it to us.
Alternately, you may call us, and we will gladly take your order, in a matter of minutes.

Q: Where do you deliver in Israel? Do you deliver to remote locations?

If you would like to be charged in NIS, please call us to place your order. Orders placed by phone can be charged in US dollars or NIS. You may also opt to pay by check; we accept checks in NIS only.

A: All of the products on our website are strictly kosher.
All of the fruits in our Fruit Baskets are Mehadrin Yerushalayim.

A: All orders placed through our website take 24 hours to process. If you need to rush your order, or for same-day delivery, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
